Arthropod-borne viruses (arboviruses) pose significant threats to global public health. Understanding the complex interaction between arboviruses and the immune system within the central nervous system (CNS) is crucial to develop effective strategies to combat these infections and mitigate their potential neurological sequelae. A literature review published in the journal "Reviews in Medical Virology" was therefore conducted to comprehensively explore the mechanisms by which arboviruses impact immune responses at the CNS level [1]. The complexity of arbovirus infections and their impact on the CNS underscore the urgent need for innovative approaches to combat these diseases. With detailed... |
